Parking. Long-term parking is limited to 90 days here. Park before roll call, not during.

Getting to and from the terminal. Retiree-run shuttles with base access: Wes Loukota (865) 414-1265; Mike Wilbur (302) 503-0910. Drivers without military ID meet at Visitor Center by main gate (terminal 0.6 miles from gate). Rental cars off-base only (Enterprise, Hertz, Avis/Budget in Dover; limited weekend hours; one-way rentals ~$50). PHL ~75 miles; BWI ~90 miles. BWI-Dover public transit ~4+ hrs via Amtrak to Wilmington then DART buses; Greyhound alternative stops at a 7-11 ~5 miles north of the Visitor Center.
